Welcome to BubbleButt Life!  We appreciate your business and customer loyalty. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

BubbleButt Life Community Support

Our support department is available and here to help weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. We typically respond to all community support emails within 24 hours.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. BubbleButt Life does not cover return shipping.

Dietary Supplements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Promotional Items, Product Samples and Gift Cards

All sales are FINAL on all product sample packs, promotional offers, and sale items. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards.

Apparel and Accessories 

To be eligible for an exchange or a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Damaged Items 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. Don't hesitate to contact us with questions or concerns about your item. 

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we will automatically refund you using your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it can also take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
